    This installation was exhibited at the Gallery by the Harbour, Harbour City. Tsim Sha Tsui which saw the gallery transformed into a complete bakery and patisserie shop. Over a thousand incredibly detailed knitted and crocheted pastries were created especially for the exhibition and featured famous local Hong Kong treats such as egg tarts and pineapple buns with butter.
