The Art of Love Bakery 2020
No CommentsRead moreThis installation was exhibited at the Gallery by the Harbour, Harbour City. Tsim Sha Tsui which saw the gallery transformed into a complete bakery and patisserie shop. Over a thousand incredibly detailed knitted and crocheted pastries were created especially for the exhibition and featured famous local Hong Kong treats such as egg tarts and pineapple buns with butter.

No CommentsRead more‘Kate’s Bakes’ is a touring exhibition which was created in 2019 for the ‘HandMade Festival’ Barcelona and comprises a beautifully detailed knitted and crocheted bakery and patisserie counter. The installation was designed to tour the world and the contents change to suit the local pastries, breads and cakes of each country it is exhibited in. More countries to follow in the not too distant future.
