Over the past few months I have been working on a really exciting collaboration with Panzer’s Deli to celebrate their 75 years of trading.
Located on Circus Road, Panzer’s has always been famous for its Scottish smoked salmon, which is hand sliced as it has been for 75 years to the customer’s requirements, and the huge variety of freshly baked bagels which are often credited as the best in London.
With this wealth of inspiration I have spent the last few months developing the perfect crocheted and knitted bagels for them which will be for sale as part of their celebrations.
On Tuesday November I will be creating a knit and crochet bagel bar entitled ‘Kate’s Bagel Bar’ where customers can order their very own bespoke bagel. There will be a selection of crocheted and knitted fillings to choose from ranging from knitted smoked salmon slices to hand crocheted rocket and lots more so do come along to order your very own bespoke bagel. Each one will be framed and signed.
I have also collaborated with the Panzer’s team and created a selection of prints and cards available to purchase both in store and on line (more details to follow about these shortly)

Panzer’s first opened its doors in 1944 and immediately became a well-loved food destination for residents of North West London as London’s original Jewish deli with culinary delights from all over the world. Preserving the same ethos of quality and service, today foodies head to St John’s Wood from all over London, as well as internationally, and the store is a renowned gastronomic haven for all those who appreciate great food.
