As part of the celebrations for my current exhibition Kates Cones at Atelier Beside the Sea I will be in conversation with Torsten Højer of Brighton PR company Fag Break.
We will be discussing my inspirations, career path and why I love knitting food with puns.
The recent ice cream parlour Kate’s Cones follows my other food themed installations around the world including Kate’s Bakes in Hong Kong and Barcelona, Kate’s Bagels London, Kate’s Diner New York, Kate’s Plaice the Stitchmongers London and Dublin and many more.. all with food as the subject matter.
Torsten Højer is a journalist and publicist, focusing on technology, food and travel and LGBTQ. Brighton born and bred he has worked for a range of publications and organisations in the city, including RealBrighton, Restaurants Brighton and The Latest Brighton.
