Hello Veganuary!

I have been embracing the January 2018 trend of ‘ Veganuary’ to inspire my artwork …although I confess I cannot become a full time vegan as most practically all of my work is made from wool with the exception of a few thousand plus sequins! Plus I have a huge love for seafood as most of you will probably be aware of.

Over the past few weeks I have spent my time been closely analysing all kinds of wonderful recipes that are mainly vegetable based so here are just a few I have come up with so far during January.
