I am thrilled to to collaborating with award winning Brighton based artisan ice cream makers Gelato Gusto www.gelatogusto.com who will be the official ice-cream sponsor for the opening of my newest exhibition Kate’s Cones at Atelier Beside the Sea www.atelierbrighton.co.uk on Brighton beach next week.
Gelato Gusto is a traditional Italian artisan ice cream company with a modern twist.
Their Gelataria’s offer a bright and friendly atmosphere where they are passionate about their gelato and sorbetto that is made fresh each day in their lab above the shop in the North Laine using milk and cream from a local Sussex dairy.
Especially for my exhibition they have created 6 new flavours to match a few of the popular characters I have created especially for my Kate’s Cones exhibition including a Mr Smiley= Sea salt caramel, Raspberry Crush= Raspberry and Hibiscus, Ice Queen= White Mint, Wild Cherry Bomb= White Gelato with cherry ripple, Mr Quiffy-= 99 flake with white gelato and an Oreo Panda=Oreo biscuit.
It’s going to be an exciting opening that’s for sure :)
