I have some really exciting news to share.. I am happy to announce I will be having my first solo show at Musuem Rijkswijk, Rijkswijk, Netherlands after being announced winner of the public vote for the Textile Biennial 2021.
The solo show entitled ‘Café Kate’ will open from 27th November 2022 until 12th March 2023.
The new wing of the Rijkswijk Musuem will be transformed into a fantasy knit and crocheted food plaza including the bakery ‘Kate’s Bakes which has already been exhibited in Barcelona, Hong Kong and U.K and the more recent installation ‘Kate’s Cones’ which debuted in Brighton back in June this year.
Expect to see lots of Dutch inspired pieces at the Café Kate and a chance for visitors to enjoy ‘Crafternoon Tea’ at the museum café
